Terms of Service – Castle

The following Terms of Service ("Terms") will regulate your use of the Castle website and related pages including download links and device manuals for Android, Android TV, PC (collectively – "Services"). You agree to these terms by using the Services. If you disagree, please do not use the Services.

1. What Castle offers

In order to help users find resources on Castle and make sense of how it should be installed on various platforms, we provide setup instructions and introductory material. Services may include links or references to third-party websites, utilities (such as file managers or emulators) and third-party content.

2. Permissible usage

You agree to use the Services in a good manner, and not inject malware or phishing content, hack security systems, send bombarding requests to our servers, spam, or share illegal content for which you do not own the authorship. We are at liberty to prevent access if your behavior jeopardizes the availability, security, or access privileges of another person.

3. You are responsible for installing and downloading the beta

Should you wish to download or install third-party software and/or applications onto your device, you do so at your own risk and judgment. You must verify the permissions, compatibility, configuration settings, and operation of your device. Permitting installs from outside the app store or running an Android emulator on a PC may further increase the risk. You must comply with applicable laws and establish prudent security measures.

4. Outside Services

Third-party services are owned and controlled by third parties who have authority over their own websites and services. Castle is not responsible for these third-party websites, which are subject to their own terms & conditions and privacy policies. You may be subject to the terms and conditions of services you use from third parties other than Castle.

5. Intellectual property

Customer Note: The logotype and website design are all Castle's copyrighted property, as is the original content! Reproduction in any manner is forbidden unless written permission has been obtained. This content is for non-commercial use only! It cannot be reprinted in any form without our written permission. References to third-party trademarks in the Services are made with respect to the corporation's common law trademark rights.

6. Submissions from users

If you post or submit comments, feedback, content, or any other information to or on the Service (collectively, “Comments”), you agree not to do anything that:(a) Infringes upon another’s intellectual property rights;(b) Is defamatory, invasive of privacy, abusive, lewd, obscene, pornographic, harassing, threatening, or unlawful; and(c) Violates any law when posting Comments.

You grant Castle the right to use your submission to operate the Services, and you have the right to request that it not be used in certain circumstances.

7. Liability disclaimers and limitations

Castle is not responsible for any errors, defects, or interruptions in its operations, or for uninterrupted access to the user pages, content, or messages (including without limitation: pages, advice, links), whether reported here or thereafter. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Castle is not in any way responsible for any third-party products or services, even if they are linked and/or otherwise mentioned on this site. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
